How do I know what size to order?

Our pieces are cut closer to Asian sizing, which runs one to two sizes smaller than US or EU. As a rule of thumb: a US small takes L, a US medium takes XL.

Where our supplier provides per-size garment measurements, they’re listed in the product description. The reliable route is to message us with your usual size before you order — we’ll tell you which to take.

Can I mix sizes in a bundle?

Yes. Choose Take Two or Take Three on any product and you’ll get a picker for each item, so you can take two different sizes or colours and still get the discount. It’s the easiest way to handle being between sizes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery takes 5–12 business days. Every order ships with tracking and you’ll get the link by email as soon as it leaves.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Contact us and we’ll send return instructions.

How do shoe sizes work?

Footwear is listed in EU sizing and runs small, so we’d take half to a full size up. Stand on a sheet of paper, mark heel to longest toe, and message us that measurement in centimetres — it’s the only figure that doesn’t lie.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
