This policy explains what personal information Lumynest collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, and order contents.
  • Payment details: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • When you subscribe: your email address.
  • Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack and deliver your order
  • To email you order confirmations and tracking
  • To handle returns, exchanges and support requests
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you opted in
  • To detect and prevent fraud
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary, with:

  • Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf
  • Payment processors — to take payment securely
  • Shipping carriers and our fulfilment partners — to deliver your order
  • Email and analytics providers — to send email you asked for and measure site performance
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. Transactional emails about an order you placed will still be sent.

Children

This store is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We operate from Singapore and use service providers in other countries, so your information may be transferred and stored outside your own country. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
