How our orders are fulfilled
We are a curated clothing store rather than a manufacturer. We select the range ourselves and our manufacturing partners overseas ship each order directly to you. That is why delivery takes 5 to 12 business days after dispatch rather than one or two, and it is why we would rather you check sizing with us before you order than find out later.
Every order ships tracked at no cost to you. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
What we can help with
- Sizing. Tell us your usual size and which piece you are looking at, and we will tell you honestly which one to take. Our range runs small, so this is worth doing before you order.
- Order status. Have your order number ready and we will check where your parcel is.
- Returns and exchanges. Email us and we will send return instructions and the correct return address within one business day.
- Faults or wrong items. Send a photo and we will put it right at our cost.
Before you email about sizing
It helps enormously if you include three things: the piece you are looking at, the size you normally wear in a brand you know well, and your height. With those we can almost always give a definite answer rather than a guess.
Response times
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Singapore time. Messages sent over a weekend or public holiday are answered on the next business day.
